2022 Trunk or Treat

Our third annual Trunk or Treat event, so of course we had to make it bigger and more Spooktacular then previous years! Over 500 children and adults attended our trunk or treat event this year. Attendees got to visit trunks decorated for the season collecting memories, a few scares, and lots of candy.

In addition to our south rink being circled with vehicles attended by their costumed owners, we welcomed back the Prancing Pony Portable Petting Zoo. Guests got to visit with llamas, goats, cows, ponies, and even some ducks and geese.

Our Winnipeg Ghostbusters came to hang out with us again. New this year, a Trackless Train doing rides in the field and our Winnipeg Police Services, along with Copper the WPS mascot came out to hang out treats and stickers.

We could not have asked for better weather for the day! Poor Copper had to have several water breaks inside!!

If you wanted a real scare, we turned our basement into a haunted house, it was definitely spooooooky!!!

To finish off the events all our hardworking board members kicked up their feet and took a train ride around the field. Including our very pregnant President, who gave birth to a baby girl four days after the event!!

Until next year,

BACC Staff & Volunteers
